Background.

Started in game development and character art. Moved into creative leadership and business development from there — and kept ending up in the spot where the craft, the operations and the commercial side all meet.

The last seven years have been leading teams, running hiring, managing creator programs and steering marketing across gaming, content and digital media.

These days most of the work is closing partnerships, running creator programs and helping teams that need someone in the room who's done the job before — not someone to write the deck.
